Founder, President, and Director of Construction
Johnnie Workman
Johnnie Workman is the President and Director of Construction for Flagship Tilt-Wall. He has worked in the tilt-wall business for over 45 years in Florida. His career began as a superintendent for R.H. Niles in 1972 and rose to leading many of the major tilt-wall subcontractors in the area through positions such as concrete superintendent and director of construction. Johnnie oversees and monitors every aspect of Flagship Tilt-Wall, from obtaining and managing client relationships, to bidding and estimating, to supervising and executing project schedules. His vast experience and longstanding reputation provide FTW with invaluable leadership and a strong client base.
Founder and Project Coordinator
Terry Workman
Terry Workman began his tilt-wall career in the field back in 2003. After attaining a B.A. in Business Management from Eckerd College in 2005, he immediately assumed the role of project coordinator. Today he is a project manager with a Tilt-Up Technician Certification from the American Concrete Institute and a WOC Master Certification in business and project management. His role in Flagship Tilt-Wall includes managing project budgets, planning and scheduling project timelines, purchasing, implementing the company safety program, reviewing and approving submittals, developing and managing client relationships, and all financial and operational management.
Founder and Lead Estimator
Shaun Workman
Shaun Workman has been in the tilt-wall construction business for over 20 years, starting as a concrete finisher, then equipment operator, and lastly estimator. Shaun's extensive industry knowledge combined with his detailed estimating approach and superb client relations have been critical to our success to date. He achieved his American Concrete Institute Tilt-Up Technician Certification in 2008 and currently serves as head of estimating for Flagship Tilt-Wall.
Assistant Controller
Travis Workman, CFA
Travis joined Flagship in 2021 as an Assistant Controller and has quickly become an integral member of our accounting process with a focus on month end closing, project budgeting, and database management. Prior to Flagship, Travis spent 7 years at Raymond James as an Equity Research Associate covering the Housing Sector. Travis graduated from Stetson University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
