North Point 12B was a 330,000 SF distribution warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. It was a part of a total of 3 projects that Flagship completed in the park for the owner Pattillo Development and contractor, Dana B. Kenyon. Due to the tight schedule and size of the the 12B building, certain slab and panel pours occurred on the same days utilizing multiple pumps. In total 6 slab pours were made average approximately 45,000 SF each. Flagship collaborated with the contractor, Dana. B. Kenyon, and expedited the already tight schedule by excavating and installing the strip footings after the slabs and panels were poured. The project was success for both parties as it was delivered on time and under budget.
