This Jacksonville, Florida based three story assisted living facility was completed in August of 2016 for Fickling Construction, Inc. The building created a unique challenge as the entry tilt-panels were designed to rest angled out and away from the structure. Flagship Tilt-Wall was able to safely engineer the tilting and bracing of these panels while maintaining the tight project schedule. The scope of work included:

• 82 isolated pad foundations

• 1,774 LF of perimeter strip foundations

• 41,827 SF of slab-on-grade

• 65,857 SF of tilt-panels

• 58,000 SF of elevated decks

• 2 sets of pan stairs
