Johnnie Workman is the Director of Construction for Flagship Tilt-Wall. He has worked in the tilt-wall business for over 50 years in Florida. His career began as a superintendent for R.H. Niles in 1972 and rose to leading many of the major tilt-wall subcontractors in the area through positions such as concrete superintendent and director of construction. Johnnie oversees and monitors field operations through his general superintendents. His vast experience and longstanding reputation provide Flagship Tilt-Wall with invaluable leadership and a strong client base.
Terry Workman is the President of Flagship Tilt-Wall. He began his tilt-wall career in the field in 2003 with Tilt-Con. After attaining a B.A. in Business Management from Eckerd College in 2005, he assumed the role of Project Coordinator for another central Florida based tilt-wall contractor. From there he started Flagship Tilt-Wall in 2010 acting in capacity as both Vice President and Project Manager. His current role as President for Flagship Tilt-Wall includes oversite of the estimating, accounting, construction and safety departments. Terry holds a Tilt-Up Technician Certification from the American Concrete Institute and a WOC Master Certification in construction business and project management.
Shaun Workman is Vice President and head of the estimating department for Flagship Tilt-Wall. Shaun has been in the tilt-wall construction business for over 25 years, starting as a concrete finisher, then equipment operator, and lastly estimator. In 2008 he achieved his American Concrete Institute Tilt-Up Technician Certification. During the course of his years as an estimator, Shaun has successfully bid and been awarded over $200M in contracts. Because of his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and superb client relations, he is a priceless asset to Flagship Tilt-Wall.
