Project Webster
Webster, New York
Project Webster was a landmark industrial development, a 110-acre milk processing facility built for Fairlife, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, in upstate New York. With an estimated investment exceeding $650 million, it stands as the largest single industrial project in Monroe County’s history.

Flagship Tilt-Wall played a key role in bringing this facility to life, constructing more than 430 insulated tilt-up panels that formed the backbone of the structure. Due to the height and weight of the panels, a 660-ton crawler crane was required to safely and efficiently complete the erection sequence.

The project’s intricate panel layout and the coordination demands of multiple trades necessitated a carefully phased approach, with tilt-up operations executed across three distinct phases to accommodate overlapping construction activities. Despite challenging weather typical for the region, Flagship’s scope was completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, showcasing the company’s expertise in complex, large-scale industrial tilt-up construction.

This project highlights Flagship's ability to plan, coordinate, and execute under demanding conditions, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner on high-profile national developments.
